SMTP Server Setting
In “SMTP Server Setting”, you can edit and save the mail server settings used in Alarm.
The setting items of the mail server to be edited will be displayed.

SMTP Server
Enter the SMTP server for sending mails.
Port
Enter the port number of sending mails.
User
Enter the user name for sending mails.
Password
Enter the password for sending mails.
From Address
Edit the FROM contents for sending mails.
SMTP-AUTHENTICATION
Change the Enable or Disabled of SMTP-Authentication for sending mails.
Use Encryption SMTP
Change the Enable or Disabled of Use Encryption SMTP for sending mails.
Encryption Method
Choose the encryption method for sending mails. There are three types of encryption methods: 'none', 'SSL'. 'TSL'.
Resend Times (Max 10)
Set the number of times to resend when sending a mail fails. Maximum time is 10 times.
Send History
View the history of mail sent from a project. It is possible to set the sent period.
Send Test Email
Mail Address
Enter the address to send a test mail.
Send
This actually sends test mails.
The result of sending test mail will be displayed in the text box below.
Set and Save
Save
This saves the current editing page. If the editing contents are incorrect, the warning message will appear.
Save and Exit
This saves the current editing page. If the editing contents are incorrect, the warning message will appear.
When saving finishes, the page returns to the previous page from the currently editing one.
Cancel
Returns to the previous page from the current editing one.
Any unsaved editing will be discarded.
Recipient List
Click this button to move to the Recipient List.
Data Reserving Period
Click this button to move to the Data Reserving Period.
Used Resource Report
Click this button to open the Used Resource Report screen with a new tab.
